Hancock is charged with DUI under influence of drugs and has a free attorney paid for by taxpayers.

TIFFANY LYNN HANCOCK was arrested for DUI-drugs by St. Mary’s Deputy Carl Ball on Sept. 15, 2018 and with another free attorney representing her in St. Mary’s District Court, she entered a guilty plea in a plea deal on June 11, 2019, with St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz. THE DEAL: A verdict of Probation Before Judgement, a fine of $57.50 and 60 days in jail with all of the jail time suspended.

Hancock entered a guilty plea to negligent driving, and drug distribution in Calvert County Circuit Court to possession with intent to distribute on Jan. 28, 2013. THE DEAL: With the two guilty pleas the two counts of DUI drugs were dropped. A fine of $250.00, three years in jail and probation for three years.

TIFFANY LYNN HANCOCK was arrested on Aug. 21, 2012 by St. Mary’s Deputy Sheriff Jean Vezzosi for DUI-DRUGs as she drove a 2010 Nissan on Rt. 235 at Vista Road in Hollywood, Md. With noted Gunslinger Attorney Kevin McDevitt as her lawyer, the charges were put on the Stet Docket on Feb. 27, 2013. Hancock filed in 2013 for her record to be expunged – which is a really reckless act on the part of the Maryland General Assembly to allow career DUI drivers to hide their driving record.

Arresting Officer: TFC Warble charged Gonzalez with driving while impaired by drugs as he operated a 2017 Ford Transit on Shawan Road and Westerns Run Road.

Maryland taxpayers will be providing Gonzalez a free attorney on July 15, 2019 at District Court for Baltimore County.

Gonzalez entered a guilty plea to possession with the intent to sell drugs on Jan. 31, 2011 in Anne Arundel County Circuit Court. In a plea deal with the Anne Arundel States Attorney Gonzalez was sentenced to 18 months in jail with all but 6 months suspended.
