Arrested: Paula Torres, Hispanic female, D.O.B. 12-16-1981 Narrative: The preliminary investigation shows that a Ford F-150 pickup was pulling into the Jack in the Box parking lot at 6133 E. Ben White Blvd. when the passenger, a Hispanic male, exited the vehicle and struck his head on the ground. He was transported to University Medical Center at Brackenridge Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The driver of the vehicle was charged with DWI and has been identified as Paula Torres, Hispanic female, D.O.B. 12-16-1981.
