A St. Charles man charged in a crash that killed a 65-year-old woman is being held in Kane County jail on $1 million bail, officials said.
Joshua Spudich, 23, of the 400 block of South Second Street, was charged Friday with four counts of aggravated driving under the influence, one count of possession of a controlled substance, one count of driving under the influence of drugs, one count of driving with a revoked driver’s license and one count of improper lane usage, according to a police news release.
