RACINE, WISCONSIN – Racine Police report that Tarance L. Bryant, 33, of Racine, Wi, fled the scene of a two-vehicle wreck which occurred early on Dec. 13, 2014.
The wreck took place at 13th St. and South Memorial Drive in the city of Racine. When police arrived at the crash they said that a vehicle was upside down on its roof with a woman trapped inside while the other driver fled the scene.
Tarance Bryant fled the scene of a fatal crash, he is charged with DUI homicide in Racine County, Wisc.
The woman died as a result of her injuries.
Bryant was arrested for a second OWI offense, homicide by vehicle while intoxicated and hit and run resulting in death.
He is being held in the Racine County Jail, according to Sgt. Jessie Metoyer.
