LAKELAND — Timothy Alan Lundy, 58, of Hunters Run Boulevard in Lakeland, was arrested Sunday in connection with the Friday night fatal crash that killed David McCausland.
Polk County Deputies have charged Lundy with vehicular homicide, DUI manslaughter and DUI with serious bodily injury.
Deputies charge that Lundy was driving the Corvette that caused a four-vehicle crash about 6:10 p.m. on Marcum Road that threw 70-year-old McCausland of Lakeland from his Ford F150.
Lundy’s blood alcohol content was three to four times the legal limit when the crash took place, according to deputies….MORE
