ONE KILLED IN SINGLE VEHICLE CRASH
King George County, Va. 11/25/2015 – Virginia State Police report that one person was killed early Wednesday morning (November 25) in a single vehicle crash in King George County. The crash occurred at 4:00 a.m., on Route 205 (Ridge Road), 2/10 mile east of Route 662 (Oak Tree Drive).
Virginia State Police Master Trooper J. Juilo investigated the crash.
A 2006 Infiniti was travelling west on Route 205 (Ridge Road) when it ran off the road right, overcorrected then ran off the road to the left and struck two trees.
The driver (sole occupant) of the 2006 Infiniti, Myleka M. Murphy, 26 of Fredericksburg, Va., died at the scene; she was wearing a seatbelt.
Speed and alcohol are being considered a factor in the crash.
