BEDFORD — 2013-11-29 —A man was charged with driving while intoxicated after a fatal wreck in Bedford County on Wednesday.
Virginia State Police responded to a wreck about 12:15 p.m. on Otter Hill Road just north of Ephesus Road.
He said the driver, Durham Westley Falabella, 21, of Goodview was wearing a seat belt and was taken to Lynchburg General Hospital with unknown injuries.
